MS Edge Not Working - Microsoft Community

my browser edge isn't working , hangs whilst trying reach following page

ms-appz-web://microsoft.microsoftedge/assets/errorpages/startfresh.html

the above page prompts me close tabs , start fresh? doesn't work.  doesn't respond commands (not shut down) or show other pages.

i have tried clean reboot , clearing history plus uninstalling trusteer rapport (as suggested on forum) no success.

also, there problem last windows update , received following error message:

  • update microsoft office 2010 (kb2553347) 32-bit edition - error 0x80070663

  • which build , version of windows 10 that’s installed on computer? type winver in search box information.
  • does issue occur on of websites you’ve tried?
  • have encountered issue edge after installing update?

in meantime, suggest run windows update troubleshooter since there issue when tried installing the update microsoft office 2010 (kb2553347) 32-bit edition.
