i have ipad 3 ios 9.3.5 , can't install onenote on device. i'm subscribed user of microsoft office 365 home , not use solution this.

can this?

compatibility issue 1 of possible reasons why unable install onenote on device. suggest update operating system of device latest update. kindly contact apple support further assistance,
