we may need further investigation identify issue , cause. please provide more information problem experiencing people app. did make significant changes on pc prior issue, recent update? in meantime, suggest run windows app troubleshooter scan computer, identify problems, , attempt fix issues automatically.

we'll keep eye out on response.
