message"please contact admin. looks haven't assigned license office desktop apps." keeps popping i'm trying check email. first time using account. how fix this?

may know did receive error message under office 365 software page or else? please provide detailed screenshot issue further analysis.

make sure whether have “the latest desktop version of office” license assign admin. go office 365 portal school email account check: https://portal.office.com/account/#subscriptions 

if using office 365 education, may try check whether can free version of office: office 365 free
