have been using office online several years , last 2-3 months keep getting error code

sorry, there problem while trying connect account. (error code:0x80070017)

i have tried uninstalling , re-installing, changing password several times, de-activating two-factor verification etc.  nothing working.

can please me.  i using mac.

every single "support" link on microsoft page , in microsoft account brings either blank page or cannot connect page due multiple diversions????

not user friendly , becoming more , more frustrating !

hello microsoft - going respond anytime soon?

it helpful if support links didn't re-direct copious amounts of times , not allow pages of support open.  just fyi!
