[SOLVED] "Onenote cannot open the requested package - Microsoft Community

hi all,

i dealing 1 of our teachers , having issues when opening planning in 1 note file.

i have attached screenshot of issue;

when opening document, comes twice....

then error comes , document wont open

any advice appreciated

hi,

this issue may occur if system doesn't recognize document saved onenote. suggest performing repair office application following troubleshooting steps provided on link. it's tool created office issues.

let know if need further assistance.
