OneNote stuck syncing - Microsoft Community

i have 8 people in office use same onenote notebook lives on our network drive.  have been unable sync changes notebook.  syncing status page shows green bar full, still says "syncing" , never finishes.  using onenote 2013 on windows 10.

don't send me link page troubleshooting onenote sync problems.  looked @ sections of page.  first section 1 applies.  tells me try opening notebook online.  local notebook, cannot opened online.  page tells me should click "get help" button next error.  when click button brings me same webpage again.

what causes notebooks stuck syncing?

there several reasons why issue happened, if there changes made on computer. better assist concern, please answer following questions:

  • are there changes made on computer before issue started? if yes, changes?
  • are computers connected in domain?
  • have tried saving notebook in onedrive? know if onenote sync completely.
