i have office 365 home on computer. wife has office 365 personal on computer. change wife's office 365 personal our 365 home. how do that?

if have product key office 365 home, can try use , switch wife's office 365 personal following steps on link. however, if product key didn't work, means need avail office 365 home complete switch. may coordinate microsoft answer desk through link additional information on how switch office subscription.
