hoping can me. have comcast internet , watch television on computer. moved , reason after hook lost volume on comcast service. have volume when using hulu , other options when try watch comcast online there no volume. called comcast , told not them adobe flash player , disabled. checked settings , enabled. told use different browser installed chrome , kind of works audio , video not in sync each other. can please offer me advice on how fix this.
