microsoft edge/comcast - Microsoft Community


hoping can me. have comcast internet , watch television on computer. moved , reason after hook lost volume on comcast service. have volume when using hulu , other options when try watch comcast online there no volume. called comcast , told not them adobe flash player , disabled. checked settings , enabled. told use different browser installed chrome , kind of works audio , video not in sync each other. can please offer me advice on how fix this.

  • what make , model of device?
  • what current build , version of windows 10 device? can information following instructions on link.
  • were there changes/updates device prior issue happening?
  • was there installed apps on device?
