hi 

i generating reort service desk tool & not able convert format.

i getting report in mm/dd/yyyy hh: mm:ss need conver dd/mm/yyyy format

kindly  help me on this 

if data consists of real dates, conversion should matter of selecting right custom format: snip below shows before , after results.

if data text need pick out year, month , day in formula. format dd/mm/yyyy. can copy new dates , use paste special values convert formula numeric dates allowing delete original data.
