is there way recipient of spreadsheet via email not allowed 'save as' read spreadsheet has many cells/columns/lines locked & hidden.

to prevent other users accidentally or deliberately changing, moving, or deleting data in worksheet, can lock cells on excel worksheet , protect sheet password.
