i updated office 365 , can no longer email excel document working on. have go email create , attach seperately. please help

we need additional details address concern sending excel file through email. kindly answer following:

 

  • which version , build of office 365 using?
  • how accessing excel file, using browser (excel online) or using excel desktop app?
  • are getting error messages? if yes, can provide screenshot?
  • can describe happens when try send excel file using email?
  • are trying send file attachment or link?
  • is personal file or shared file?
  • does happen excel file try send via email or specific file?
