as big of company microsoft how come can't pick own subscription date i  went upgrade premium , told  rep duane paid on 8th of each month  because paid once month if purchase upgrade  $6.99 month can have them debited me on 8th of each month money goes in microsoft gets money win win situation  shot in when duane came , told me billed on 6th, microsoft lost returning customer because all  can't figure out accommodate needs i'm looking elsewhere memories, when such big company figure out , want me customer shoot me email *** email address removed privacy *** until realize 1 disappointed non returning customer.
