hi!

can tell me there way turn off english tts (text speech) voice when navigating in maps?

it useful when driving in english speaking countries streets on map are in english. when streets in foreign language hearing maps voice pronounce non-english street names is awfully annoying, ear-hurting and quite frankly - funny, ridiculous. can't turn off street pronounciation somewhere? want maps app tell me turn left in xy metres, make u-turn etc.; not want voice speak street name me.

btw, use  lumia 830 win 10 build 14393.1770.

the option turn off english text-to-speech voice navigation in maps unavailable. in case, suggest send concern our software engineers , software developers using our feedback hub they're best team provide more details regarding this. launch feedback hub app on windows 10 mobile, go app list > feedback hub. can create thread or search similar issue , tap "upvote" include on next update.
