i have office 365 business premium account but unable use office.com main apps (word, excel, etc 8 total) still setting after 1 week of using site. i can post screen shot of message says "setting up" on app , below says still setting few things feel free started. i believe needs reset somewhere make work @ point.

if see "setting up..." messages 1 or more services in office 365 portal, cause might provision stuck. fix backend, need affected user's account information. protect privacy, have sent private message collect it. can check pm via link:
