my notifications on windows phone, no longer seams work. freezes , doesn't show list of apps , actions.

hi,

this may issue phone's software. isolate concern, need following information:

  • is phone date?
  • are receiving specific error messages or codes?
  • when did issue start?
  • what troubleshooting procedures have tried far?
