ie 11 opens by itself on bootup - Microsoft Community

i've updated fcu , since i've had annoying problem on bootup ie opens itself, i've done usual in full virus scan , i've looked in msconfig, there no entry there me uncheck startup, know how can stop ie starting when bootup?
