when bought office 365, promised of free update of next version.

why app asking me buy or enter key.

please refer activate office 365, office 2016, or office 2013 (for windows) or activate office 2016 mac see if notification see in scenarios. if so, please ensure have activated office client related steps.

if still have problem, please provide information below:

1. what’s system? windows or mac?
2. what’s subscription?
3. where download office client?
4. a screenshot notification see.
5. are connecting internet properly?
