thank information, johnnie. before start troubleshooting, external drive ready save work you’ve done since last sign-in. files created or modified while you’re on provided temporary profile lost. once set, follow these steps below:

 

  1. restart device, sign in again , check if settings , files restored. (this step might required done more once.)
  2. if after multiple restart attempts don’t help, try disabling anti-virus software or programs might scan device during sign-in.
