i purchased microsoft business account , cannot life of me figure how access it. @ first thought did not download properly, ended downloading again.

based on description, use office suite via business account. suggest check following:
    1. ensure have latest desktop version of office license in office 365 portal.
    
    2. follow detailed steps in article under office business step-by-step download , install office 2016 on computer.

if not scenario, please provide detailed steps , related screenshots how encounter issue, can better understand situation , you.
