Unable to access my microsoft office - Microsoft Community

i ran repair excel not working, need able activate office suite, , although recognises microsoft account , husband's microsoft account, every password try, says not recognised office suite.  bought our office suite when bought our dell computer , microsoft office preloaded.  cannot find if had activation key, long ago.  cannot access word or excel , in worse position before @ least open excel in safe mode.  help!!

tried of above, did not help.  turned out java problem.  updated java , deleted old java files, , excel perfectly.  word , other programs in office loaded ok before, seemed affect excel.


Office / Install, upgrade and activate / Windows 10 / Office 2013
