Refund for a new Office 2016 that I purchased accidentally - Microsoft Community

hi,

i had microsoft office 2016 on old laptop don't use anymore. purchased new laptop , did not know can use microsoft account re-install office 2016 on new laptop. purchased new product. possible uninstall product , refund?

i have made 2 accounts mistakenly are:

the initial office installed on toshiba laptop first account. 

please let me know procedure return & refund.

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
