if purchased office 365 personal part of process have created/used ms account, components have downloaded pc (word, excel, ms outlook etc) , been available use.

there have been no other interaction ms other welcome or similar msg

as mail account, if still accessing web browser either outlook.com/hotmail/live/msn free mail service , has no connection ms office, other can add mail account ms outlook
