i wanted share pilot microsoft has been running company called directly continue ongoing program in community. results positive, reduction in response times , increase in customer satisfaction. keep learning , adjusting program needed aim of continuously improving customer satisfaction.  

like when pilot began, directly offer top contributors opportunity compensated, via payment or charitable donation, successful solutions provided customers. invited chosen directly based on evaluation of recent posts, answers, , quality of responses. if invited participate, directly reach out via private message.
