Microsoft Office standard 2013 is cranshing randomly - Microsoft Community

hi all,

my user report office standard 2013 crashing randomly (word, excel, outlook, ... ). found lot of solutions (deleting c:\program files\microsoft office\office15\osf.dll,  installing osfclient2013-kb2825683-fullfile-x64-glb ...).

i have tried detele file seems recreated

when try install  osfclient2013-kb2825683-fullfile-x64-glb failed error code 1625 ...

i have tried install proplusp2013-kb....exe, install failed

i have tried update office seems impossible, have : 

to honest, dont know now.
