Conditional Formatting icon sets to show progress - Microsoft Community

i have set of numbers shown week week, below. want use single conditional formatting rule display green arrow if weekly figure has increased compared previous, amber arrow if has stayed same , red arrow if has dropped i.e. cell c2 looks cell b2, cell d2 looks cell c2 without me having specify in each cell lookup is. 

i can see how achieve creating new rule each week's figures, there more efficient way?
