the drop down menu @ settings , updates, no longer works. tried restart tried hard reset. have hp elitex3

hi,

you may need reinstall latest version of windows approved phone using windows device recovery tool. suggest use , check if issue persists. this remove including apps, games, texts, call history, music, , photos. please back stuff avoid data loss.
