virus on windows phone 10 - Microsoft Community

hello all,

i have lumia 950xl , windows phone 10. when browsing internet through edge redirected advertisement pages. first redirected onclickrev.com , on other annoying pages.

i can not use edge browsing. tried reset factory settings did not help. can help? thank you.

plz hard reset phone , don't backup data start fresh fix problem
