VBA Runtime Error 9 in Excel 2016 for Mac, but not in Windows Excel - Microsoft Community

i developed macro in excel 2010 (windows) , runs without issues in application.  i encounter runtime error 9 issue when open same macro file in excel 2016 mac , try run it.  the macro copies , pastes cell ranges worksheet in .xlsm containing macro worksheet of .xlsx file macro prompts user for, opens.  i have shown line of code highlighted when macro encounters error in excel 2016 mac.

does macro need written differently if it's running on mac in macos sierra vs on windows machine running windows 7?  if so, needs done differently?
