recorded file on onenote, won't let me play it. please tell me how recover , access it.

there different factors can contribute why you're not able play recording made onenote. 1 possible reason file type compatibility device you're using. resolve concern, kindly answer questions below:

  • were there error messages showed when attempted open recording in onenote?
  • we confirm device using onenote , operating system installed on device?
  • have attempted download recording locally device , play file?
