Office Home and Student 2010 is not responding - Microsoft Community

hi, please me, microsoft office not open, enter disc again , nothing happen. pc updated window 10.

hi gladys,

one of possible reasons why unable install microsoft office due unreadable disc. make sure wipe disc gently using clean cloth , try insert disc , run installer again.

to provide further assistance, please answer questions below:

  • did receive error messages after running microsoft office installer?
  • aside microsoft office, have tried installing programs using optical drive (dvd-rom/cd-rom)?

in meantime, can download digital copy of office home , student 2010 on website. need enter product key , click on verify button.

we looking forward response.
