Office 365 Installation problem - Microsoft Community

hi im trying install office 365 on windows 10

the pc hp amd10 10gig of memory , ssd

i had installed there update install when trying install got error message 30016-4 after hours of trying on internet suggest uninstall , run cleanup tool wich did

now same problem, error 30016-4 each time need use clean-up tool uninstall whatever installed reboot

then downloaded offline installation still same problem

it should more thant 30 reboot , install / clean do, pc running without antivirus , firewall disabled

it dosent make sence have reformat pc install office 365

my speed test show 23.92mbs problem?

problem solved not in expected way...

i able in touch guy mycrosoft support tryed install via gotomeeting

total same problem 30016-4

the guy told me try service 2

then hang up

tonight formated pc , installed office, took 30 minutes



Office / Install, upgrade and activate / Windows other / Office 365 Home
