locked out of phone daughter used forgot here microsoft information has been year since has used went reset phone , asking reset protection key cant because microsoft doesnt recongnize email puts in please can use phone again have had in storage 7 months had new phone.

there no way around reset protection that's whole idea of email have been sent person set password same password used email account
