renued microsoft membership 2 weeks ago, computer says account use powerpoint has expired. do?

there possible factors why getting said error. 1 factor that have associated different email address on microsoft office installed on computer. isolate concern, kindly provide screenshot of error getting. also, can refer link in fixing error receiving after renewing subscription office 365.
