hi there,

i'm creating spreadsheet inexperienced excel users, therefore must protected preserve formulas , formats.

i want give permission users edit row height in specified cell range - possible?

in short not possible allow give format rows or format cells (you options when click protect sheet) yo unlocked cells.

property gets applied entire worksheet not unlocked cell. hence, if check format rows or format cells, allow them change row heights of entire worksheet. if permission not granted, can't change row.

if ok, can attempt creating vba code you.
