How to create address list under Public Folder in Exchange Online? - Microsoft Community

hi, need creating address list (or contact folder) under public folder. so, did these:

  1. in eac, created public folder mailbox , public folder. furthermore set permission well. reference here
  2. in microsoft outlook 2010, added contact folder newly created public folder. after set contact folder e-mail address book. reference here
  3. added shared contact folder outlook on web. reference here

unfortunately couldn’t make newly created contact folder reside under “public folder” in address book (please see 2 screenshots below). idea how achieve this?

regarding requirement, please visit link outlook on web (office 365) uservoice vote or post feedback/comment. office 365 team actively monitoring forum.  many features of current programs have been designed , upgraded based on customers’ feedback.
