Help for MS Excel - Microsoft Community

i have 200 excel files each containing 10 sheets of data , every sheet similar i.e. every sheet has 10 columns same column name , header data different. want merge or copy sheets , excel files data 1 excel file in 1 excel spreadsheet @ 1 time not open each , every one, 1 one , copy it. can please tell me trick or tool can above.
