understand restore of onedrive can done 14 days. restore of single user's onedrive or entire organization?

normally first recommend users check recycle bin or version history see if can restore content. if it’s necessary, microsoft support @ doing restore of site collection or subsite. need collect important information such like:

number of files believed impacted

a few example filenames

urls files existed

last known date/time (including time zone) content present on site

for question “is restore of single user's onedrive or entire organization?”, single user’s onedrive can site collection, should able restored. entire organization, range wide, collect information above try restore contents in specific range.
