cant download phoine companion app on nokia lumia 635

common download error due incorrect settings, slow or intermittent internet connection, low storage space, etc. let's sorted out providing following information:

  • what's os build installed on lumia 635? check, go settings > system > about > more info.
  • when did issue start?
  • can provide error code or message you're receiving?
  • do see same error message or code when downloading other application?
  • where trying download , install microsoft phone companion app?
  • does device or memory card have enough storage space available?
  • which type of internet connection using?
