this happened yesterday... when launch edge, "add new tab" button in window title bar becomes focus (i.e. white box around it, if keyboard navigation).  problem is, that focus permanently stuck in tab/title bar of window.  cannot click in url box focus jumps tabs. cannot click toolbar icons, focus jumps tabs.  if open more tabs ctrl-t, the focus may end bouncing between 2 adjacent tabs continuously. this behavior in edge.  internet explorer, file explorer, firefox etc work without issue. what going on this?  how can fix it? moved from: windows / windows 10 / performance & system failures hi harry, this issue might happen due corrupted system files. isolate issue, suggest run windows app troubleshooter. can download link . as additional information, know following: have made recent changes prior issue? what current windows build number , version have? what tr...

over past week have experience great deal of frustration microsoft store. last week (wednesday 13/12) have ordered microsoft surface book 2 via microsoft store, order reason cancelled microsoft, have contacted bank , have assured me card fine , there no cancellation side. have contacted 1 of microsoft team members investigate matter), told resolved within 24-72 hours , i'll hear you. on sunday 17th december have spend hour microsoft team members updating details/cards , can potentially wrong account, unfortunately still unable complete order on account in contact bank ensuring there no issues side. today (18th) have tried process order again, unsuccessfully again , told 1 of team members give 24-48 hours request has high priority, unfortunately wanted product christmas present , don't have additional 24-48 hours spare, uncertain result (given have failed me within 24-72 hours). i microsoft products (i have bought surface father last year, ,...

i've stopped using ie because freezes navigating around web. i'm not playing videos, standard searches. hi, internet explorer not working possibly due compatibility issues between core browsers , add-ons, extensions, toolbars you've installed, , custom settings on browser. recommend resetting browser , see if helps. if need further assistance.
