Office keeps asking me to activate license - Microsoft Community

i have office 2013 installed on computer use word, powerpoint, excel, & outlook.  worked fine no issues months.  but, need visio, downloaded visio 2016 , installed , activated it.  now, every time try access either requests activation key.  each instance put in key , works when open again find myself facing same issue.  can fix this?  can provide activation keys if helps in way.
