What's up with all the non-answers? - Microsoft Community

why that, when search forums find answers problems, appears a)microsoft answers irrelevent instructions or, asks additional questions but, b)there's no follow through microsoft , thread continues reflection of customer's dissatisfaction?  have competent support? i'm guessing answer - pay it.....

it's thing ms blackmails oems loading crap. nobody buy otherwise.

***moved from windows  / apps on windows 10  / microsoft edge***

forum made of users trying others.  these not microsoft engineers.
