hello georgann,

problem reactivating office has lot of causes. 1 example error while activating office. if you're sure have correct account set install office, may ask how reactivate office subscription? did follow steps stated on link? getting error messages?

in meantime, can run activation troubleshooter office 365 , office 2016 using link.

we keen on hearing regarding matter.
