Merging two accounts (business and personal account) - Microsoft Community

hello,

     i wondering if there way merge 2 microsoft accounts using same email. have personal 1 set myself using work email have used certifications , equipment registration. organization has started use more , more of sharepoint , office 365 tools. when sent links prompted choose between personal 1 set , 1 work had set me. there way merge two?

if so, said, have same account microsoft account , office 365 account. in general, microsoft account , office 365 account related different services. it’s use different accounts different services.

 

if keep using account both microsoft , office 365 services, meet window frequently. avoid prompt, suggest rename personal account. can follow article more details.
