OneNote Syncing - Microsoft Community

hi,

sorry having trouble syncing onenote notebooks onedrive. have tried troubleshooting suggestions on microsoft support page no avail. there no error code when try , sync note returns "not syncing". 

there no windows updates, internet connection stable , file sizes can't big i've started using onenote. 

any appreciated.

the onenote syncing error message can issue server or onenote itself. identify causing issue, need confirm information. please answer following:

• when did first encounter issue?
• have tried opening notebook in onenote online (onenote.com)?
• can please check link , confirm if steps provided here one's tried , followed?

meanwhile, suggest repair office application refresh it. here's how:

1. right-click start button (lower-left corner), , select programs , features on pop-up menu.

2. right-click microsoft office product want repair, , select change.

3. "how repair office programs" screen, select online repair make sure gets fixed, , select repair. quick repair option available, runs faster detects , replaces corrupted files.

4. follow instructions on screen complete.

once done, try syncing files , check if work.
