Office 2016 doesn't recognize my office package - Microsoft Community

hello

i have office package 2016 installed on computer , add key ;

the key has been succesfully added account when trieng link office, doesn't recognize it;

as can see little popup request me "go account install it" - , there can download software not need have installed

thank help!
