i have renewed subscription office , need work done, not activate because telling me need use same account.  have no clue talking about.  ask for  product key, may have purchased office when bought computer, find product key.  year ago.

please help, need use this.

i used online chat support myself. found had several advantages on phone support, though still contact same outsourced, support personnel:

• no esl accent issues
• provides instant time stamped transcript
• when transferred “right” person, can review history
• if don’t read history, can copy / paste past conversation them, saving having repeat yourself
• they more go off line ask other people (good you)
• you don’t have listen “elevator muzak” when off line
• you have 2 hands free surf web when not talking you.
• for reason, found waiting online chat responses intrinsically less  frustrating listening elevator muzak.

 

make sure copy text chat window , save before closing chat window. handy have timestamped copy of conversation, if publish on internet ... <evil grin>

amazon lost $600 / month aws user, , frequent shopper.
