i want install pixma mg3000 series  have message

error

to install software must logged administrator account.

click ok , remove cd-rom abort installation.

after abort installation log on administrator account.

then insert cd-rom again.

please tell can do.

administrator account needed install programs in computer. assist better, kindly answer questions below:

  • have made changes computer prior issue?
  • are able install other programs on computer?
  • is computer connected domain environment?
  • are using administrator account or standard account?
