Cannot edit Office 365 in iPad- Purchased Plan! - Microsoft Community

i administrator , office 365 - excel,word says aacount not allow editing on device. please contact administrator. paying $90 month devices have , cannot use it. there no solution it.

can tell me how can edit excel on ipad wth plan?

are there updates? if using office 365 business plan, may access page check if can see "the latest desktop version of office", if yes, mean should able use account edit in excel ipad. if not, means don't have related license. need contact tenant admin.
