hi, 

i have access free microsoft office download through grad school keep getting error when go download microsoft 365. see below. ideas how fix this.

install onedrive business sync app
you can install onedrive business on pc

first, let check whether have latest desktop version of office license via page , share screenshot of page.

the license necessary install , use office.

 

if don't have license, please go page , follow guide finish signup. once done, licenses should assigned automatically. check whether can download , install office.
